Doug

Doug has worked at McKinney’s since 1968, as a student, then as a Pharmacist beginning in 1978. Doug grew up in Butler, GA and graduated from Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy in 1972. His love for community and the desire to serve people has helped McKinney’s remain a fixed symbol of patient care in Decatur.

Brenda

Brenda is a Certified Pharmacy Tech joined the McKinney’s family in 2005 after working for Independent pharmacy in Decatur for 15 years. Brenda makes it a priority to provide the best customer service possible. Her experience has made her skilled in insurance claims, prior approvals, inventory control, and filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently. Brenda enjoys time with her family, cooking, and taking care of her beloved dog.

Ashley

Ashley received a Bachelor’s degree from Agnes Scott College and a Doctorate of Pharmacy from The University of Georgia College of Pharmacy. She has been at McKinney’s Apothecary since graduating from UGA. Ashley enjoys spending time with her son and husband and is passionate about health and wellness, which has made her a great addition to the McKinney’s team.

Jessica

Jessica received a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Auburn University’s College of Pharmacy. She is originally from Mobile, AL, but moved to Georgia after her husband accepted a medical residency position at Emory Hospital. Jessica is thrilled to be a part of the McKinney’s team and loves being a part of the Decatur community. She believes patient care comes first and involves time, attention to detail, and a personal experience, which are all staples of McKinney’s Apothecary.
